By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web part or application (“the Application”) provided by Vishpowerlabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vishpowerlabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application within your Microsoft 365 environment solely for your internal business purposes.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application. You may not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content and data you input into the Application (e.g., data stored in your SharePoint Lists). We do not own or control your data.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its code, design, and recurring features, is the intellectual property of Vishpowerlabs. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vishpowerlabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Application; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
